AI Governance & Leadership Accelerator: Forging a Multipolar Future

An exclusive executive programme for policymakers and strategists, developed in the context of Saudi Arabia’s HUMAIN Initiative and the Shanghai Centre for Global AI Governance, with a sight-visit!

Introduction: Shape the Future of Global AI

The dawn of a new era in artificial intelligence demands a new paradigm of leadership. Launched in 2025, Saudi Arabia’s visionary HUMAIN Initiative and Shanghai’s Centre for Global AI Innovative Governance represent the most advanced commitments to sovereign AI development and global cooperation.

This programme is a direct response to this strategic inflection point. It is an intensive, application-only leadership accelerator for a curated cohort of 20 senior decision-makers. It is designed to bridge the "intelligence divide," align with UN Sustainable Development Goals, and provide an unparalleled platform to influence the trajectory of AI governance.

Unlock an executable strategy, a lifelong global network, and a seat at the table where AI’s future is decided.

Programme Leader

Fernando Carrera Vega

Global Strategist | AI, Economics & ESG

Fernando Carrera Vega is a high-impact economist and policy advisor specialising in AI governance, international economics, and sovereign innovation policies. An LSE, Harvard, and Oxford-educated economist and a PhD candidate at Fudan University, he bridges Western and Eastern strategic paradigms. With experience advising the World Bank, UN agencies, governments, and multinationals across five continents, he brings a unique perspective on technological transformation and sustainable development.
