Training Course Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of training courses offered by Blackbird Training Centre. We strive to provide clear communication and support to our participants regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation by Participants

Participants may cancel their registration for a training course at any time before the course start date. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before the course start date: Full refund of the course fee minus an administrative fee of 15% of the course fees.
  • Cancellation made 15 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule their attendance to a later date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the original course start date. A rescheduling fee of 15% of the course fees may apply.

Cancellation by Blackbird Training Centre

In the unlikely event that Blackbird Training Centre needs to cancel a training course, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will receive a full refund of the course fee or the option to transfer to another scheduled course.

Force Majeure

Blackbird Training Centre is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future course or receive a full refund.
