This Privacy Policy covers the information we have/collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise. This includes your name and contact details, even your training records and details with us. Blackbird Training will NOT share your training and consulting data without your permission.

Following our Quality policy too. We keep clients’ information (personal &organisational) private.

Registration Terms

Nominations to our public courses are to be processed by the client’s HR/Training department except for self-nominations which are to be paid in advance right after the online registration form (Apply Now). A full refund will be issued back to the client in the event of course cancellation or seat unavailability. Registration confirmation is subject to Blackbird Training’s review of registration request and seat availability.

Cancellation Terms

We require full payment at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

In the event of cancellation by the client, our policy states, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the course start date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the course start date.

In urgent cases like a crisis, or denied access at the airport, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date. If not agreed on a reschedule, a full refund will be provided.

Feedback and Complaints

Blackbird actively believes in continuous improvement. To this effect, Blackbird welcomes feedback related to its people, products or processes. If you have comments and/or suggestions which will ultimately help us improve in any way, please write to us on training@BlackBird-training.com and we commit to respond to you within 2 business days – at the most.
