ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

Introduction

This course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform audits of occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) against the requirements of ISO 45001:2018. Participants will gain an understanding of the ISO 45001 standard and the audit process, as well as how to plan, conduct, report, and follow-up on OHSMS audits.

• Collecting and verifying audit evidence

• Audit findings and nonconformities

Day 4

• Audit reporting and follow-up
• Writing the audit report and documenting audit evidence
• Evaluating corrective action plans and verifying effectiveness
• The certification process

• Best practices for implementing an OHSMS
• Common challenges faced during OHSMS implementation and how to overcome them
• Tips for conducting effective OHSMS audits
