Fernando Carrera Vega is a high-impact economist and policy advisor specialising in AI governance, international economics, and sovereign innovation policies. An LSE, Harvard, and Oxford-educated economist and a PhD candidate at Fudan University, he bridges Western and Eastern strategic paradigms. With experience advising the World Bank, UN agencies, governments, and multinationals across five continents, he brings a unique perspective on technological transformation and sustainable development.
